Here’s how we’ll work together
We’ll have 12 coaching sessions of one hour each, over the telephone. Most clients like to be coached once a week.
You’ll get to choose what you want to work on (although as your coach I might just challenge you, gently, to explore some issues that feel a little scary). In between sessions there will be written assignments and I will invite you to find ways to stretch or risk and integrate what you have learned.
