This above all, To thine Own Self be True.

F.A.Q.

Q. What qualification do you have as a Life Coach?

A. I am a Certified Fearless Living Coach II. That means I trained with Rhonda Britten, founder of the Fearless Living Institute, which offers the most comprehensive life coach training programme in the world, and the only programme that specialises in helping you master your emotional fears.

I’m also an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Q.
What is Fearless Living?

A. Fearless Living is about freedom. Freedom from disappointment. Freedom from not being good enough. Freedom from excuses and expectations. Freedom from the fears that stand in the way of you accepting yourself and realising your true potential.

As a Certified Fearless Living Coach, I will support you as you integrate the practical tools found in Rhonda Britten's book “Fearless Living: Live Without Excuses and Love Without Regret”.

Q.
What is the difference between teaching, therapy and coaching?

A. A teacher tells a student what to do without necessarily knowing whether this is what the student wants; the teacher often assumes they know best.

A therapist listens and deals with healing the pain of the past.

A coach allows the client the opportunity for growth through finding their own answers and doing the work themselves. There is no “healing”, “fixing” or “saving”.

Q.
Is everything I say in a coaching session confidential?

A. Absolutely. As a Certified Fearless Living Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation, I abide by the professional code of ethics promoted by both these bodies. I’ll respect the confidentiality of your information, except as otherwise authorised by you, or as required by law.

Q.
Do you have a coach?

A. Yes, indeed. I’m committed to personal growth and also to learning the skills to become a great coach.

Q.
How do I know whether coaching will help me?

A. Coaching can help you to become more self-aware...to transform negative and limiting language, thinking and beliefs...to get clear about what you want to change in your life. It offers you skills and tools that can enhance your personal relationships, and support you in accomplishing what matters most to you.

If you are still unsure, I invite you to contact me now and have a Free Introductory session.

Before I met Glynis, I was in life's disaster zone - I was grieving the death of my mom, my career felt like it was in a tailspin, my self-esteem/confidence were poor, parenting was a daily misery, the list goes on...

I felt safe, motivated and inspired working with Glynis. I found her to be gentle and caring. She was also fearless in digging deep with her questions that got me to the truth of my issues....and sometimes the truth was challenging to face.

Today I am practising seeing that the world is for me rather than against me. I have everything I need. I am a man with unique talents yet I no longer expect myself to be extraordinary. Instead of trying to control life, I am practising trusting the process of life and that gives me peace of mind.

Life is beautiful!
